Prenatal yoga (3-9 months) helps us to live a more placid pregnancy. It prevents and relieves back pain, stimulates the circulation and creates space within an enclosing body for a growing baby. Sessions provide a moment to connect with our breath, our bodies, our mind and also with the baby. A real connection is created between mother and baby.
The class provides preparation for childbirth through discipline in breathing, asanas and meditation.
